Purpose:
The Strength and Conditioning coach position will design, implement, and direct sport performance-based curriculum's for select varsity athletics teams. The individual must be proficient in teaching Olympic weightlifting and strength training movements, plyometrics, exercise selection and programming, energy system development, agility drills, speed mechanics, and nutrition.
