Lincoln Square Orthodontics is Hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Near Chicago, IL
We are an orthodontic office looking for a motivated treatment coordinator to join our team! Experience in the role of treatment coordinator is preferred; experience in sales, dentistry or orthodontics is helpful as well.
The treatment coordinator is an essential part of the orthodontic team who oversees the new patient experience. This includes:
- scheduling patient appointments
- being the first person to meet patients and their families at the office
- facilitating the patient’s meeting with the doctor and maintaining patient flow
- helping to explain recommended treatments
- reviewing insurance benefits and payment plans with patients and parents
After the patient’s initial visit, the treatment coordinator will track results and follow up with patients in order to start their treatment.
The treatment coordinator will be trained on the systems in our office and how to succeed in this role!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
