Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role to start and will transition to 2,3 days on -site once the candidate ramps up. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. Job Costing experience - percent to complete reporting and accounting experience is highly preferred, but not necessary. Other duties include AP/AR management, bank reconciliations, and assisting with annual audit and tax preparation.
Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of GL or Ops Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Sage or similar accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus, not required
