Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the academic success and overall well-being of students.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes student engagement, collaboration, and respect for diversity.
• Implement effective instructional practices and curriculum initiatives to meet the needs of all learners.
• Supervise and support instructional staff, providing ongoing feedback, professional development, and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with parents, community members, and stakeholders to build partnerships and support student achievement.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, facilities management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe and inclusive school environment that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students and staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Educational Leadership Certification (or eligibility for certification).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a principal or assistant principal.
• Demonstrated success in improving student achievement, fostering teacher effectiveness, and implementing data-driven instructional practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Knowledge of current trends, research, and best practices in education.
