    Position Description
    The purpose of this position is to coordinate Leaves of Absence to include Family Medical Leave, short-term and long-term disability, ADA. This individual will be responsible for accurate data entry, tracking and reports and constant communication with other departments. This individual will process and provide timely notification and communication with employees and supervisors regarding leaves.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Associates degree in job related area preferred
    • Job related experience of at least one (1) year within FMLA, Leaves of Absence, or Human Resources field preferred
    • Must demonstrate proficiency with a variety of technology tools including Microsoft Office and Google suites
    • Must be highly organized; possess good communication skills; be highly confidential at all times; act as a team player; be flexible to work on multiple tasks; pay attention to detail; be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change
    Terms of Employment
    Full Time - 260 days, 40 hours per week
    Salary Schedule
    ESPA Secretary D (min. $15.82/hour) plus benefits*
