We are looking for a Professional with Medical Customer Service experience (1 to 3 years) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent follow-up and sales calls and customer service to our clients in both English and Spanish. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing helpful advice and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Job description: Administrative Responsibilities:
. Proactively call customers who contact to join the program.
· Answer and direct phone calls with customers, excellent communication skills, CLEAR verbal and written.
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. type speed 80 to 100 words per minute.
· Retrieve records from providers across the country
. Manage Durable Medical Equipment customers, claims and CRM Software
· Update CRM(software) with records received throughout the day
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Maintain contact lists
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
. Bilingual is a Plus (English and Spanish)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
