Responsibilities

· Operate automatic, high-volume, high-speed forge (metal forming) machines.

· Complete machine change over and setup

· Continuous part inspection and set up

· Accurate completion of production paperwork

. Periodic PM and mechanical repairs

. Continuous improvement through problem solving, corrective action and elimination of repeat problems.

. Adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

Requirements

· Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Ability to work all rotating shifts

· Ability to work overtime as required

· Must be willing to learn

· Work independently and as part of a team
