Role Overview:

As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of each event. This position demands a blend of technical expertise in lighting, audio, and video, a bit of rigging knowledg, with a strong focus on exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. You will work closely with the event producer, sales team, logistics / staffing manager, ensuring that every aspect of the production process aligns with our high standards and client expectations.

This person will work with a full time logistics manager who will assist in them directly in the overall production and day-to-do business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the seamless production of 150-300 events per year.
• Confer with the sales team to understand client promises.
• Using Current RMS, Translate sales orders into the final pull sheets that power the show.
• Utilize Vectorworks for event layouts, and providing crew with clear documentation.
• Work with logistics manager to ensure all positions are filled timely and suitably.
• Stay on top of event schedules and work with the logistics manager to ensure execution.
• Take charge of advancing the crew regarding technical production specifics.
• Occasionally find and source solutions through our extensive sub-vendor network.
• Exhibit excellent stress management, maintaining calmness under pressure.
• Standardize every touch point and document processes within the company.
• Delegate tasks to achieve higher performance bandwidth.
• Assist new employees in career growth.
