Liminal’s mission is to accelerate the clean energy transition by improving the cost, quality, and reliability of battery manufacturing. We do this by providing customers with better analytics and insights during production. Our breakthrough EchoStat® platform uses ultrasound and machine learning technology to supply customers with the information needed to accelerate production ramp-up, improve productivity and reliability, and detect critical defects early. Liminal has active product evaluations with major cell manufacturers and EV OEMs, and are on track to close multiple $M deployment contracts for commercial cell production in 2023.
We are looking for a Recruiter to help Liminal scale by finding well-qualified, diverse candidates to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, thus setting the tone for their entire hiring experience. You will engage professionally and thoughtfully with all stakeholders as you post jobs, screen candidates, and work closely with hiring managers. You will work with the team to build equity into our recruiting and hiring processes. As our recruiter, you will creatively expand our candidate pipeline including establishing and managing partnerships with recruiting agencies, local universities and relevant community groups. You will be the face of Liminal for all recruiting and hiring efforts.
An ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and have excellent communication skills. Attention to detail is essential for this role and you must be able to navigate from assignment to assignment seamlessly and balance the many responsibilities of a recruiter with care.
