$100,000 Salary, Bonuses & Commissions

• Coaching Top Agents to increase their success.
• Recruitment and Retention - building a world-class team.
• Develop a training process for onboarding new agents & ongoing training.
• Oversee sales team including sales trainer, lead manager, etc.
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings.
• Salary $50,000 - $70,000
• Plus commissions/bonuses. Potential earnings $100,000 or more.

• Must have Arkansas Real Estate Broker license
• Proven leadership with a servant-leader coaching style
