**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service. **Duties:** - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage reservations - Provide menus and relay information about specials - Manage waitlists and coordinate seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service **Requirements:** - Previous experience in hospitality or related field is preferred - Proficiency in POS systems, especially Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong guest relations skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to effectively communicate and work well in a team environment - Knowledge of food service procedures and willingness to help where needed - Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services Join our team as a Host/Host and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
