Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant Security Guard to safeguard our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal activities.

Duties:
- Patrol designated areas to ensure the security of premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn violators of rule infractions and apprehend or evict individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

Qualifications:
- Possess a valid security guard certificate
- Proficiency in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Military or law enforcement background is a plus
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations
- Strong conflict management skills
- Understanding of basic law enforcement procedures
