The New England Sales Representative is responsible for the growth of existing accounts and the development of new business for Lilly’s fresh Pasta in Its assigned region. This role will develop and implement an annual, regional business plan to achieve account and sell through targets with profitable margins. The Sales Representative will travel throughout the area to establish, manage and grow our distributor network and be responsible for the development and execution of small medium and large restaurant accounts within the area. He/She will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Duties will also include sales and marketing events, product sampling demos, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and Product knowledge dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.
