Lillibridge Healthcare Services Inc is Hiring a Facilities Manager Near Baltimore, MD

Key areas of responsibility include tenant relations, property operations, construction management, contract administration and financial management. Conduct all property activities in coordination with General Manager/Regional Manager and Owner. Responsibilities: Direct and supervise building staff (janitorial, maintenance and security) and vendors and monitor performance in accordance with the Company and Owners’ policies Support the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures Develop and maintain long term capital plans for assigned buildings Prepare (or assist in the preparation of) annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts and monthly financial statements Conduct regular building inspections as assigned Prepare bid specifications, request proposals, and evaluate bids for work being conducted at the property by external contractors Coordinate contractor activities and oversee all construction projects as required Maintain service agreements and assure vendor certificates of insurance meet all requirements Assure life safety programs are in place and meet all Company guidelines and legal requirements for building occupants Familiar with occupational safety program requirements related to a laboratory setting Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: High School Degree or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3 years facility management experience, experience with life science research laboratory buildings preferred Certified Facility Manager (CFM) – International Facility Management Association or equivalent preferred Sound knowledge of building mechanical systems, steam and chiller plants Construction management in a laboratory setting; Demonstrated proficiency in facility and preventative maintenance software For the health and safety of our employees and their loved ones, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required as a condition of employment.
