Overview
Lilley International of Raleigh, NC is currently seeking a Service Tech to join our growing team! Reporting to the Service Manager, the Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of the trucks or equipment in the shop or field environment, while maintaining an acceptable level of productivity.
Company Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 5pm and Friday 7:30am to 4pm
Benefits (1 yr. waiting period for 401k | 60-day waiting period for all other benefits)
Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to,
• Install, replace, re-build or repair the parts and/or equipment in a timely manner and according
to specifications.
• Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to
promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns.
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE
Candidate Knowledge
• Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Required)
• Basic automotive systems, hydraulic systems and off-road equipment and components
• Must have computer experience including Microsoft Office, email, and internet
• CDL B (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation – Class A (Preferred)
• Cummins engine experience (Preferred)
• Allison transmission experience (Preferred)
