We are seeking a TV/Video Editor with a meticulous ear and PASSION for audio quality to join our team! This person must know how to put together direct response spots. This person will be responsible for ensuring every final video meets the company quality standards and will be an expert with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Cinema 4D experience is a plus.

This person must be able to take idea after idea to full conception (audio first always) with minimal executive involvement for editing including but not limited to long-form videos, short-form videos, as well as videos for web, social media, and other digital platforms.

MUST be comfortable with AI platforms. This position is in-office in Tampa, FL. We are NOT offering remote.

Audio Editing/Production Abilities:

• Minimizing unwanted sounds

• Regulating volume levels and sound quality

• Setting up ambient sound microphones

• Collaborating with producers and performers

• Providing oversight during live productions

• Meeting clients' quality standards

• Maintaining and repairing equipment

• Proficient in editing digital audio and understands basic audio processing and effects.

• Understanding of music production a must

Video Production Abilities:

• Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with an emphasis on Premiere Pro & After Effects.

• Understands basic camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio capture techniques on set.

• Operate in high-pressure situations, working as a team to reach solutions.

• Assist subcontractors to reach project objectives.

• Take proposed video concepts to final deliverables, knowing to ask the appropriate questions in the proposal phase to execute the desired end product with minimal revision requests.

Graphic Design Abilities:

• Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud applications with an emphasis in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for video.

• Ability to develop graphic mockups in Photoshop to be used when communicating with the team
