Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess experience in animal handling, veterinary care, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries
- Handle client payments and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Expected Hours:
- Full- Time 35-40 hrs
-Part- Time: Up to 25hours
Experience Level:
- 1 year in veterinary Field
- 1 year customer service
- Previous experience in animal handling, veterinary care, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of animal procedures and veterinary critical care is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
