We are seeking dedicated and passionate Preschool & Infant Toddler Teachers to join our team. As a Preschool & Infant Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and creating a positive learning environment. - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy education, math, and social skills

- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity

- Provide individualized attention to each child, addressing their unique needs and abilities

- Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote a respectful and inclusive classroom community

- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education

- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and implementing appropriate interventions as needed

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant information

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred

- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education

- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging and structured learning environment

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child

- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
