We are seeking a fun and personable assistant or sterilization tech to join our pediatric dental office in Darien, CT. We are a small and creative team that love our job and want to bring someone in to grow with us and be a long term part of our work family

Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization procedures for dental equipment and instruments
- Follow proper protocols and guidelines for infection control and aseptic technique
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sterilized items
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dental procedures and examinations
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform various office tasks as needed
-Dental assistant duties such as assisting, xrays, perform oral hygiene instruction

Ideal Skills:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatrics or dental assisting
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures or open to learning
- Familiarity with maintaining and organizing dental records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals
