Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Leader to join our team. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities and programs for students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for students in a preschool setting
- Provide supervision and guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote learning and engagement
- Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for students to develop their skills and talents

-Maintaining a clean and organized classroom.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors in a positive manner
- First aid & CPR certification is required and can be provided
