Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lighting Technician to join our team. As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for sales, installing, maintaining, and repairing lighting systems for various properties. Your expertise in lighting technology and equipment will contribute to creating captivating visual experiences for our clients.

Duties:

- Sales
- Install, program, and operate lighting systems for concerts, theatrical productions, corporate events, and other live performances
- Collaborate with event organizers, directors, and designers to understand the desired lighting effects and create appropriate lighting designs
- Set up and dismantle lighting equipment according to event requirements
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of lighting fixtures, cables, and control systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues during rehearsals and performances to ensure uninterrupted operation of lighting systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting technologies, trends, and industry best practices
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling electrical equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lighting Technician or similar role in the entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of lighting equipment, including consoles, dimmers, fixtures, and control systems
- Proficiency in programming lighting consoles (e.g., GrandMA2, Avolites)
- Familiarity with DMX protocols and signal flow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing event requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly resolve technical issues during live performances
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute precise lighting cues
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with event organizers, directors, and other team members
