Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our product team!

As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform products. You'll be a hands-on leader, driving the product execution while fostering a collaborative and high-performing product management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Design & Development:
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
  • Partner with UX designers to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable technical requirements.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring features are delivered on time and within budget.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of complex technical platforms and their capabilities.
  • Translate technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
  • Effectively communicate with engineering teams to bridge the gap between product vision and technical feasibility.

Customer Focus:

  • Conduct user research with stakeholders within the Diagnostics and Healthcare market to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Develop strategies to address customer concerns and improve product satisfaction.
  • Partner with customer success teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Coach and develop product managers, helping them achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a director of product management, with a proven track record of success in launching and scaling complex products.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to collaborate with UX designers.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience in the Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare market

Salary and Other Compensation:
The total annual cash compensation for this position is between $200K and $225K with both a base salary and annual bonus component. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
