- Prepare parts and assemblies for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal surfaces of equipment.
- Ensure smooth and consistent application of powder coating, maintaining thickness and color consistency.
- Inspect finished products for quality, addressing any defects and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
