Social Worker – Foster Care and Adoption
Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has a full-time Social Worker position available in Foster Care & Adoption. The primary schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 8-430pm (flexible schedule available) with limited remote work available.
Competitive pay based on licensure/education - starting hourly rate $21.00 and up.
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Essential Job Functions:
Assess client and family needs and determine services needed.
Act as liaison between referral sources, external partners and internal LYS service lines & programs.
Provide support and advocacy to clients and families through appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Provide case management services for clients which includes linking to referral resources for ongoing support.
Develop and implement effective individualized service plans for clients.
Complete documentation and maintain files in accordance with all regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Dependent Licensure, LSW or PC, required.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, required.
Demonstrated computer proficiency and basic office equipment, required.
Knowledge and/or experience with Trauma Informed Care, preferred.

Starting pay rates ranging from $43,600 to $54,000
