Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is Hiring a NURSE (CLINIC BASED) Near Cincinnati, OH
- Provides basic medical care and first aid to clients within the constraints of the Ohio registered nurse licensing rules.
- Conduct health assessments on all new clients as part of the intake process.
- Supports the medical employees (if applicable) providing services to the program.
- Documents all services through standard case notes, plans, authorizations, etc., and maintains individual medical records on clients.
- Ensures that all medical records are secured and handled in a manner consistent with HIPAA standards.
- Enters all relevant client data into required MIS.
- Active Ohio LPN License.
- Preferred Supervisory/management experience.
- Communication Proficiency (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn and apply, trauma informed care principles.
