Remote Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Data & Excel Specialist position! This is a 2 month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Assist in implementation of the Data Management Program within assigned area of the Bank.
• Develop a basic understanding of the data management practices.
• Assist in calculating metrics to measure compliance with the business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards.
• Assist in monitoring the quality of data and work with the team to assist units in disposition of data quality exceptions.
• Update data issue remediation documentation.
• Use business and enterprise data management and business intelligence tools to understand data within assigned areas.
• Analyze data sets and provide insights to team members for presentation within the business supported.

What You'll Need to Have :

• Bachelors degree and a minimum of 1 year professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, combined minimum of 5 years higher education and / or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in the use of Excel spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models.
• Working knowledge of Data Management principles.
• Working knowledge of Bank products, systems and workflows preferred.
• Proficient in pertinent project and presentation software.
• Proficient in VBA, Macro, and Power Query skills.

Pay Range : $25-$40 / hr
