  • **Job Summary:**
  • We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Coordinator to oversee all aspects of employee management and affirmative action planning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managind employee files, talent acquisition, and training development. If you are a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service we encourage you to apply.
  • **Responsibilities:**
  • - Develop and implement affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with regulations
  • - Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • - Communicate effectively with employees at all levels and report all HR-related issues
  • - Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain qualified professionals
  • **Requirements:**
  • Arrive in the office and proceed to check your calendar to see who is due for a scheduled monthly follow up and or 90 day survey.
  • Check emails daily for new NOAs or request new NOAs from your supervisor
  • Ensure each client file has all of their digital documents and paper copies
  • Update google calendar as needed/ update client excel sheet as needed
  • Onboarding new clients ( send docusign to client )
  • Create new digital folders and hard copies
  • Create/send brochures to potential clients ( field day to deliver brochures may be included)
  • Use effective communication with clients
  • Send a CNA to the clients home to demonstrate ADL’s with employee and clients
  • Check social media accounts, push ads welcoming new clients

- Strong skills in recruiting, training development, and HR sourcing

- Excellent communication abilities to interact with diverse teams effectively

Pay: $40,900.00 - $51,428.00 per year
