Lighthouse Roofing & Exteriors is a local roofing & exterior restoration company located in Southeast Aurora that serves home & property owners along the entire front range. We are thrilled to be growing our storm restoration team this year in 2024. As we continue to guide an increasing number of home & property owners through the insurance restoration process, we need people like you to join us on our mission to do so.

Our mission is to guide homeowners through the restoration process with exceptional products and care, erasing their fears of being taken advantage of by putting their peace of mind above profit margins.

As a Project Manager, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners for Lighthouse. You will be responsible for inspecting properties for hailstorm damage, educating homeowners about the claim process, and communicating to them why Lighthouse Roofing & Exteriors is the best contractor to process their claim and restore their home. You will be instrumental in carrying out the vision of Lighthouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Weekly check‐ins with Sales Coaches
• Attend monthly sales seminars that will include ongoing training
• Photo documentation of roof and property inspections
• Sales presentations to potential customers
• Clear communication of claim and restoration process to homeowners
• Proficiency with our CRM software
• Lead generation – through networking, door knocking, etc.
• Collecting project deposits and final payments

In‐House Support Provided

• In‐House Insurance Claims Processing –Creating Xactimates, supplement negotiation to increase your commissions, processing final insurance invoices, etc.
• In‐House Production Team – Roof measurements, material orders, scheduling crews and subcontractors, etc.

Job Requirements

• Growing knowledge of insurance claims, roofing systems, and exterior trades
• Growing knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to communicate details clearly to all team members involved in a project
• Candidates must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck or SUV for occasional

material pickups and returns.
