PART TIME Residential Concierge Door Attendant.

Monday-Fridays, 3:30P-7:30P. Saturdays, 11:30A-7:30P.

Provides resident assistance, security and light onsite upkeep for the day-to-day operations of the building under the direction of the Superintendent, Property Manager, and Shareholders.

Duties may include providing building access, delivering documents, packages, or other materials throughout the building, monitoring for system failures, and light cleanup work. General building knowledge and strong communication skills are required.

This is a standing position; the lobby does not have a reception desk.

Responsibilities:

Keep the building secure by greeting and identifying all arrivals, and monitoring the property.

Maintain the high-end appearance of the property, which may include trash pickup, entry sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, weather protection, etc.

Receive and provide general support for residents, contractors, and guests.

Monitor and report on contractors as needed.

Report unusual occurrences or damages as discovered.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Exceptional customer service skills, on phone and in person, with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.

Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.

Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure.

Capable of working collaboratively and alone efficiently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.

Color vision and hearing.

Must be able to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis; prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching on a daily basis.

Work is performed indoors and outdoors, occasionally in environments that are hot/cold, dusty, noisy, or which could have work hazards.

Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write fluently in the English language.

Reliable transportation, public or private, must be maintained.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
