*** Housing Reimbursement Information - at the end of the successfully completed assignment, the traveler can submit receipts for the cost of their housing for repayment of up to $600 per month for the length of the assignment.

• 13 Week Contract

• Days - must be willing to work 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts to get to the 36 hours / week.
• 36 Hours Guaranteed
• Start Date 4/15/24
• Requirements: BLS and LPN License from CO
• 3 Years experience at LTC
• Point Click EMR
