Lighthouse Kids Centers for Autism is Hiring a BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Relocation to Tennessee Near Birmingham, AL

We are currently looking for outstanding Board Certified Behavior Analysts to work in our Franklin, Columbia, Knoxville, Hixson, and Ooltewah locations in beautiful Tennessee.

We are dedicated to increasing autonomy and independence in our learners using reinforcement, child-led, and play-based therapy. We offer direct support from our CCO and Lead BCBAs including weekly peer review and ethics review committees. In addition, we utilize direct collaboration with other BCBAs throughout the company to expand competency and skill base. Our In-clinic Lead RBTs train our technicians to become confident and well-supported RBTs committed to providing the highest quality of therapy! Our RBTs receive 2 weeks of training in addition to completion of the 40 hours. This training is spent shadowing our experienced staff and practicing their RBT skill before they are ever alone in session; they also receive attendance bonuses, and we strive for 10% supervision so that they have extra opportunities to grow and develop! Parental involvement is a vital aspect of our services as we offer voluntary parent support groups along with monthly caregiver training. We are committed to modern ABA, trauma-informed, and compassionate care to ensure the most ethical treatment possible.

We offer a competitive base salary starting at $80,000 depending on experience and position, as well as lucrative bonus opportunities. We understand that time out of the office is just as important as time in the office to support a healthy work-life balance and reduce burnout. We offer an abundant PTO policy for our full-time BCBAs of 160 hours after achieving the prerequisites. We are proud to offer employment that best fits your lifestyle as our in-clinic, hybrid, and part-time positions allow for flexible scheduling and work-from-home days every week. As a growing company, we are dedicated to providing our BCBAs upward mobility into management positions and always seek to promote from within.

Tennessee is known for picturesque landscapes, vibrant communities, scenic parks, hiking trails, waterfalls, boutique shopping, and numerous dining experiences that complement any hobbies or special interests you may have! Residents also enjoy a desirable cost of living and no state income tax. If you are looking for a change of pace or just appreciate knowing your options, we would love to talk to you about how we can support your wants for yourself as a BCBA! Be sure to ask about our relocation pay to embrace everything Tennessee and Lighthouse Kids have to offer!
