Lighthouse Industries is Hiring a Packaging Associate Near Portland, OR
Lighthouse Industries makes the some of the best cannabis products in Oregon. We are the "wizard behind the curtain", building for many of the best brands in the state.
We are hiring for 2 positions on our packaging team. This is a multi-disciplinary team with a variety of different tasks we do every day. This job has a fast pace, and requires people who like to solve problems and be highly productive. We are focused on good compensation for good work!
We make the following:
- Pre-rolls
- Infused pre-rolls
- 510 carts for multiple brands
- Pre-pack flower
- Rosin, moonrocks, and more!
Lighthouse Industries is an independent, family-owned cannabis manufacturing company. We are growing quickly in 2024, and we look forward to bringing you with us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to sit/stand and focus for long periods of time on tasks as assigned.
- Ability to quickly report any quality issues to Management.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment
You will be trained on the following equipment:
- Knockbox
- Sticker application machines
- Cart filler machine
- Grinders
- And more!
Qualifications:
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- At least 21 years of age (anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed on the premises)
- Valid State issued drivers license
- Ability to bend and lift 30 pounds
- Ability to weigh accurately and keep records
- Ability to arrive to work on time: reliable transportation or access to public transit
- Must be a team player with great communication skills
Compensation: $18.50 per hour starting. After 90 days, pay raises are available based on performance, as well as 2 weeks PTO and 7 days paid holidays per year.
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
