JobResponsibilities
Planand layout work for job crews tocomplete.
Read andinterpret engineeredprints
Whiteline callin and coordinatelocates
Maintain andprovide daily job progressreports
Work with PMsto ensure jobs timelycompletion.
LeadEncourage and Inspire constructionteams.
Dailycommunication with customers and uppermanagement.
Resolveproblems in the field with crews subs orcustomer.
Direct crewsand make sure they are following SOW and are onbudget
Inspect work andQC all jobs
Ensure thatproper OSHA approved safety procedures are beingfollowed.
Manage crewsto ensure productively goals aremaintained.
AssistManagers with close outs for jobs and billingrequirements.
Able toperform Managers duties whenrequired.
MinimumRequirements
5 years ofexperience with underground construction aerial construction fiberand coaxing splicing.
Experience with managing utility construction crews in thefield.
Able to read andinterpret engineersdrawing
Ability toeffectively use math skills to calculate figures forjobs.
Strongorganizational and communicationskills.
Able to worknights or weekends and in all weatherconditions.
Able toclimb ladders and lift50lbs
Must alwaysfollow safety rules.
Osha 10 and or Osha30 certified preferred
Reports to ConstructionManager
