Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Immediate Interviews: May 8th, 9th, and 10th starting at 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure a safe environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct support or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work either the 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift or the 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM shift.
• Availability to work one weekend out of every month.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
