Position Overview: We are currently seeking diligent and resilient individuals to join our esteemed team as Metal Finishers. Multiple positions are available to accommodate our growing workload. In these pivotal roles, you will play integral parts in our production process by executing various manual labor tasks associated with metal finishing. Please note that this position involves heavy manual labor and requires individuals who are physically fit and capable of sustaining prolonged periods of physical exertion. While the work may entail repetitive tasks, our supportive team and conducive work environment ensure a fulfilling professional journey at Light Metals Coloring.

Requirements

 Responsibilities:

• Execute metal finishing duties such as sanding, grinding, polishing, and buffing in accordance with established protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment essential to the metal finishing process.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the work area to bolster safety and productivity.
• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and uphold a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manual labor or metal finishing is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in executing repetitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated work ethic and eagerness to expand knowledge and skills.
• Effective communication abilities and a penchant for teamwork.
• Basic proficiency in mathematics and the capability to interpret work instructions.
• Physical resilience and capacity to lift heavy objects up tp 50lbs and sustain prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, twisting.
