OVERVIEW OF POSITION: The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the center and ensure compliance with all regulations mandated by all state and local licensing agencies. S/he will be responsible for all aspects of operations, compliance, staffing, and program development. Additional duties include:

• Lead recruitment efforts to fill the center and maintain the daily census once the center is fully up and running. Prepare and conduct information, outreach, education & advocacy programs related to the services offered.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement all activities and services the program provides. Monitor the program to ensure effectiveness, quality care, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Identify areas for improvement or expanded program offerings.
• Perform assessments of prospective clients and coordinate with staff, families, and social service agencies to determine if programs will meet their needs and plan the client’s program of care.
• Oversight of all staff, students & volunteers, including hiring, training, managing, evaluating, and terminating.
• Manage building operations, check safety equipment and building accessibility, manage inventory, and conduct periodic walk-throughs of the building to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Create progress reports and work closely with the leadership team to ensure that established guidelines, regulations, and fiscal restraints are observed.
• Develop & maintain administrative plans and procedures.
• Perform other duties, activities, and projects as assigned and directed.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
