Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. Under the supervision of a Training Manager, the Training Coordinator will play a vital role in helping develop and implement LiftOne's internal sales training, technical training, and other initiatives alongside assisting in day-to-day operations for our training team.

Essential Functions listed below, other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinate across all LiftOne sales territories to understand the needs for both new hire sales training and continual education for training.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal groups that support needs of the business.
  • Gather necessary information and develop quotes for customers that request training.
  • Manage invoicing of customers that receive training.
  • Manage requirements within the learning management system which include enrolling salespeople in training, scheduling training activities, and recording training completions.
  • Run and prepare training reports to training and development leadership, as needed.
  • In collaboration with the Training Manager, schedule leadership, instructors, and subject matter experts to lead training classes, as needed.
  • Maintain and manage training records for external customers.
  • Partner with Onboarding Coordinator and Training Coordinators on a frequent basis to support needs of the training department.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of training content to internal employees, as needed.
  • Act as a leader and mentor in the organization. Model CTE values. Provide coaching and reinforcement of safety and management standards.

Critical Skills

  • Proven capability in demonstrating effective usage of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Significant experience in written and verbal communication and ability to communicate effectively to all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Consistently demonstrates effective and efficient use of individual and organizational time to achieve key business objectives.
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to work in a detailed manner. Provides accurate, consistent information on all documents. Achieves accuracy when accomplishing a task.
  • Demonstrates ownership for starting and completing tasks in a timely manner. Pursues work with energy, drive, and effort to accomplish tasks.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Required:

  • 3 years of experience as a training coordinator or administrative assistant.

Preferred:

  • Five years of experience coordinating training and/or administering training program requirements.
  • Experience working in sales, customer service, and/or outbound customer facing role.
  • Familiarity with training processes.
  • Proficiency working in learning management systems, learning content management systems, and proficiency with e-learning development software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and use industry specific computer programs.

While performing the duties of this Job, depending on site location, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and equipment. The employee may occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in some work environments is occasionally loud.
