Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Sales Manager with a passion for health and fitness and proven sales experience in the fitness industry. This commission-based position offers flexible, hybrid work hours, with an expected commitment of 5-7 hours per week. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in lead nurturing, booking and conducting introductory appointments, and ultimately driving membership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to attract and retain members.
- Manage and nurture leads to ensure a consistent flow of prospective members.
- Schedule and conduct introductory appointments, showcasing the value of joining our community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation efforts.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and motivating presence that aligns with our gym's vision and values.
Qualifications:
- Required sales experience in the fitness industry.
- Genuine passion for helping people and a belief in the benefits of health and fitness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, with earnings in compliance with minimum wage requirements for commission-based employees.
