Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with their inquiries and needs
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting products and services
• Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
• Use effective negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Apply retail math principles to calculate discounts, markups, and profit margins
• Provide sales support by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing transactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:

• BILINGUAL LANGUAGE SKILLS PREFERRED
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is PREFERRED
• Knowledge of basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
• Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using technology and computer systems for sales transactions and record keeping
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
