The LIFEwest Ambulance Recruiter is part of the Human Resources team with the essential function to find talent for open positions in the San Francisco Bay Area. The LIFEwest Recruiter functions are heavy in outreach to local EMT, Paramedic and Registered Nurse programs, host quality and professional interviews, communicate clearly and promptly with applicants, and complete the onboarding process. The Recruiter will work closely with their HR counterpart, who oversees more of the administrative side of the employee lifecycle.
LIFEwest Ambulance is a local ambulance provider, operating in Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Alameda counties, and the official EMS provider for Sonoma Raceway.
