Lifetime Windows and Doors is on the lookout for approachable, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our team as Retail Brand Ambassadors in Phoenix. This role involves managing lead-generating kiosks located within our partner's large, established wholesale locations. If you enjoy meeting new people, engaging in lively conversations, and promoting top-quality products and services, you are the ideal candidate for this position. Your main responsibilities will include interacting with customers, distributing brochures, and collecting information for complimentary in-home consultations. Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers at retail locations, providing information and capturing leads for in-home consultations.
• Promotional Activities: Efficiently manage kiosk displays, including setup and takedown, ensuring a professional presentation of materials.
• Lead Generation: Collect and report lead information accurately, aiming to convert interactions into potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with a diverse array of customers daily.
• Resilience: A positive attitude towards customer rejections and the drive to continuously engage new prospects.
• Vehicle Ownership: Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license to travel between locations as needed.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings and late nights, and to sit or stand for extended periods.
