Direct Support Provider $500 sign on bonus

You would be working closely with individuals to assist them with every day and routine tasks. We are a growing company and need DSP professionals to help with the demand.
We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to meet the needs of the individuals in your care.
Examples of the daily tasks performed
-Comply with all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of agency, understand and carry out instructions.
-Perform all required record keeping in a timely fashion.
-Contribute to overall improvement planning program by assisting in all areas of planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of improvement process.
-Participate in training as specified in agency program.
-Facilitate recipient choice, treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
-Provide physical assistance to individuals as they require it
-Coach recipients so they may enrich the development of their communication skills, sensory motor skills, daily living, self-help, and other skills.
-Assist with daily living such as ambulating, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, bathing, meal planning and preparation, laundry, budgeting and financial assistance, homecare and cleaning.
-Provide emotional support, and advice and assistance to help individuals work
through problems.
-Communicate with recipient’s case managers as needed.
-Make provision of or arrangement for, transportation to services, activities, and
medical appointments as needed, including use of personal vehicle if required
-Participate in medical appointments and follow-up care as directed by medical staff.
-Cooperate with all persons involved with individuals during monitoring of SCL
sites, including announced and unannounced visits to residence.
-Perform other such duties as assigned by management.
-Plenty of overtime opportunity.
-Be able to work in Irvine, Stanton, and Winchester.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must have valid drivers license.
Must be able to past a drug test.
