Beacon Hill Staffing is currently supporting a client in the high-end commercial and retail management industry who is looking for a part-time concierge . This is a Contract for a Permanent role in an office located in Midtown . You will play a vital role in greeting customers and exceeding guests' expectations during their stay so they return time and time.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Customer Assistance: Give directions, answer questions, and take and screen messages.
- Provide Services: Restaurant and Hotel Reservations, travel tickets, and tailoring options and itineraries to each guest.
- Job Development: Participating in educational opportunities, adding value to job accomplishments, and accepting new responsibilities.
- Event Assistance: Assist in seasonal, weekly, and special events.
- Exceptional flexibility and positive attitude.
- Organized self-starter who enjoys working with a team or independently.
- Evening and Weekends are required.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
