Essential Job Duties

• Lead engaging tours, enchanting customers with our winery's story and sharing the magic behind each wine.
• Provide wine tastings and impart knowledge to both customers and staff, fostering a love for the art of winemaking.
• Personalize recommendations for customers based on their unique preferences, culinary choices, and special occasions.
• Collaborate with our skilled kitchen team to craft exquisite wine and food pairing suggestions.
• Ensure a seamless transition for customers between tours, working closely with fellow staff members to create a memorable experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Comprehensive knowledge of different types of wine, Missouri varietals, regions, and wine-making processes desired.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
