As a Class A Contractor, we have the knowledge, relationships and credibility to communicate well with your insurance. As a result, we excel in getting roofs completely paid for by insurance. Our dedicated crews and supplier relationships allow us to handle any commercial or residential project.

Responsibilities:
Weekly Mandatory Metrics
- Acquire new business through door to door sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while advocating for the customer
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Willingness to engage in professional development training, including reading business, leadership, and sales books, and taking courses
- Must have reliable transportation, ability to climb on roofs, and be comfortable working in a commission sales position.
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Experience in project scheduling and management,
- Manage customer communication
- Knowledge of construction estimating and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a desire for income success
