Lifetime Adoption is Hiring an Adoption Coordinator Near Port Richey, FL

We are looking for an adoption coordinator to join our adoption office located in New Port Richey, FL. Our team is growing and there is room for YOU!

We are an established Christian woman-owned business that has a heart for women who are choosing adoption for their babies or unborn child, and we are looking for someone who shares our compassion and mission to show Christ's love to all that need help.

We provide a variety of services and promote strong family values. Making personal connections is something that is important to us and we are seeking someone who shares our commitment to providing authentic care for all of our clients in a warm, personal way.

Excellent phone, computer, and people skills are required, as well as a strong commitment to contributing to a team environment. The ability to work with clients who are in stressful or emergency situations is beneficial.

Once trained, there is an option for partial work-from-home.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has child welfare and adoption experience
  • Can juggle the demands of a case load
  • Is customer-focused, timely, and courteous
  • Is dedicated and has a commitment
  • Has effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has critical thinking and crisis management skills
  • Who is organized with time management skills

Education & Experience
Required: Minimum of Bachelor's degree
Required: Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred: Experience in adoption or child welfare.
