Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. As a Qualified Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals in need. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Utilize art therapy as a creative outlet for clients to express themselves and explore their emotions
- Offer counseling services specifically tailored to address gender issues and promote inclusivity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in accordance with state regulations
- Proven experience in providing counseling services, preferably with a focus on art therapy and gender issues counseling
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with psychiatrists regarding medication management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
