As the fastest growing mental health practice group in the country, now is the perfect time to join our corporate team!ROLE OVERVIEW The Manager, IT Delivery will ensure all IT Core responsibilities and Security responsibilities programs are delivered consistent with scope, time, schedule, and quality requirements. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support IT needs and providing best practices and guidance.RESPONSIBILITIES· Lead the program level effort for HRIS Implementation for the IT Teams· Work with IT Security to ensure all programs adhere to IT Policies and are delivered on a timely basis· Assist with the creation of IT Standards and Procedures· Work with IT Operations & Partners to ensure all projects/programs meet operation needs & are implemented properly· Work with IT Architecture to ensure all projects/programs fit within architectural guidelines· Work with IT leads to ensure all projects/Programs have the intended impact for stakeholder groups· Implement controls to ensure all projects/programs remain successful in the long-term· Work with all of IT (including DEV) to create a matrixed EPMO environment that informs the IT Executives (CIO & two Deputy CIOs) of enterprise initiatives· Create & maintain a reporting structure (road map, dashboard) that informs IT staff of all project/program initiatives’ status & progress· Set SOPs for project/program management that can be utilized by non-PM staff for smaller initiatives that do not require a project managerSKILLS & EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s degree preferred· 7 years of experience providing IT service delivery· Prior experience with large scale implementation projects· Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States· LifeStance is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status· Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
