Description

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Maintenance Directors become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.
In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Duties include:

* Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
* Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
* Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
* Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
* Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service.
* Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as
* housekeeping and laundry operations.
* Experience in health care is preferred.
