Service Area:Will cover entire metroarea.

Sign on Bonus: $5000

This is a hybrid role that includes traveling within the metro area between the hours of 5pm - 8am as on-call when needed. You will be providing after hours RN services to our clients.

The After Hours RN is primarily responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Qualifications:

One to two years of recent LTC experience in an ALF/MC/SNF setting. One year of hospice care experience preferred.
Experience and desire to perform direct patient care necessary
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Minnesota Nursing License
On-call position: every other weekend 5pm Friday until 8am Monday, as well as 2-3 weeknights 5p-8a
Participates in holiday rotation
Strong phone communication skills
Proficient with technology and technological applications: Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Calendaring, Wi-Fi, EMR, Internet Browsing, Printer
